LAJUST Informa:

"Over the last couple of weeks we have received a number of calls concerning upcoming changes to the LaJust equipment and how that affects vests already purchased. The answer is quite simply; it doesn't. All upcoming changes are software related and and are being implemented to allow the system to adapt to the new rule changes. These changes will only affect the corner judge's scoring equipment and how the software responds to feedback from the receiver and the vest. Any functionality needed has already been built into the existing vests and receiver, requiring no modifications or upgrades. In short, the vest will operate as it always has and will have no impact on any equipment purchased at the competitor or gym level.

While we do not anticipate any changes to the existing equipment, other than software upgrades (which will be available for download for customers that have purchased the receiver), for the next several years. If need be, we will honor and upgrade all equipment if the situation warrants it.

The only change we currently foresee is for the juniors to be able to purchase a sock with the instep protection built in. You can, however, use the sock as it is currently made and with the speed in which juniors grow, they will probably be ready for a new pair before too long.

I hope this helps allay some of the concerns about the LaJust equipment and always know that we are here to answer any questions you may have."
